Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- The item must not have any signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalised, or altered items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
