Why RedHex Atelier?
RedHex Atelier is a small atelier where every piece is handmade and made to order. Once you place your order, we create your dress especially for you.
We use our own carefully developed patterns and focus on comfort, natural fabrics, beautiful silhouettes, and an excellent fit. Every piece is carefully crafted by skilled seamstresses with great attention to detail.
Why are your dresses made to order?
We believe in thoughtful, responsible production rather than mass manufacturing.
We work with limited quantities of fabrics and prints, allowing us to create unique pieces instead of producing unnecessary stock. By making each dress only after it has been ordered, we reduce fabric waste and avoid overproduction.
This approach helps us create beautiful clothing while being more mindful of our impact on the environment.
How long does production and delivery take?
Most orders are shipped within 3–7 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: approximately 7-14 days
United States: approximately 7-19 days
United Kingdom: usually up to 7-12 days
These are the maximum estimated delivery times. In most cases, orders arrive sooner.
What materials do you use?
We use carefully selected, high-quality fabrics chosen for their comfort, beauty, and durability.
Most of our dresses are made from natural cotton fabrics, while some designs feature other premium materials selected specifically for each style.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns.
Once we receive your returned item, we carefully inspect it. If it is returned in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy.
How do I take care of my dress?
Every order includes a care card with detailed instructions on how to properly care for your dress.
Following these recommendations will help preserve the beauty, quality, and longevity of your garment.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For United States orders, customs fees are covered by us.
For United Kingdom orders, VAT is paid either during checkout or upon delivery, depending on the applicable tax and shipping process.
For all other countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply according to your local regulations.
